Well that sure didn't take long. Less than a week after Oklahoma voters overwhelmingly (70-30) passed a ban on judges using Sharia or international law in making decisions, a single federal aristocrat in a black robe gave the amendment a thumbs down. The suit was brought by a CAIR member. CAIR is a terrorist enabling organization. As Red State pointed out back in March: FBI Reaffirms CAIR’s Terrorist Ties. Said organization was tagged as an unindicted co-conspirator in raising money to fund Hamas terrorism.
